About the role
As a Floor Manager, you’ll have a complete overview of day-to-day operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security. You’ll work closely with other team leads to keep service smooth and upbeat in a fast-paced environment—motivating, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Daily tasks

Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

Manage inventory and handle cash management & security

Ensure high-quality customer service; handle complaints and resolve issues

Enforce company policies and procedures

(Events) Coordinate logistics, manage staff, and ensure a seamless event experience
Qualifications

23+ years old; fluent in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus)

A sharp eye for detail and a passion for improving the guest experience

Previous experience managing teams, scheduling, and smooth operations

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Proactive, efficient, service-minded, and driven
