The role
We’re hiring a dedicated Kitchen Assistant (køkkenarbejder) with 1+ year of professional kitchen experience who can also support front-of-house tasks when required.
What you’ll do

Prep, cook and keep the kitchen clean, organised and service-ready

Work efficiently during rush periods and support the team where needed

Assist with basic FOH duties (guest guidance, running food, simple service)
What you bring

Minimum 1 year in a professional kitchen

Organised, reliable, calm under pressure

Team player with pride in quality and consistency

Comfortable with basic customer service

Danish proficiency preferred (not required)
