Mother has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to become part of our management team here in Copenhagen.
The mother style is relaxed and informal — we value warmth and personality over formality. We work in English, so Danish is not a requirement (though it’s always a plus). The atmosphere is busy, lively, and full of energy, with a strong team spirit at the core.
It’s hard work — but it’s fun, and we promise: you won’t be bored.
We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from a similar fast-paced and high-volume environment. You should thrive under pressure and enjoy the dynamic nature of restaurant service — from handling bookings and managing a waiting list to multitasking on the floor while keeping standards high. While this is primarily a hosting-focused role, there are also administrative tasks involved.
What We Offer

As part of the team, you’ll also have the opportunity to do cross-training in London, gaining insight into the cultural and operational differences between hospitality in Denmark and the UK.
Working Hours
This position primarily involves evening shifts between 16:00 and 24:00, though occasional daytime shifts may occur when supporting the Restaurant Manager with administrative duties.
