We unite Specialty Coffee and Artisanal Pastry across three Copenhagen locations. Our café, Roastery and Bakery teams collaborate closely, creating a vibrant community experience.
Role Overview
As Venue Manager for our Nordhavn café, you’ll run day-to-day operations, lead and develop the Front of House team, and coordinate tightly with bakery management to ensure an efficient guest flow and a spotless, welcoming venue.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, coach and schedule the FOH team; assign stations; handle sick calls on rotation; nurture a cooperative, high-standard culture.

Customer Excellence: Ensure warm, efficient service; resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy; maintain smooth guest flow.

Operations & Bakery Coordination: Manage inventory and ordering; keep stations stocked; uphold venue cleanliness and readiness; liaise with bakery to coordinate shared spaces and workflow.

Compliance: Enforce health, safety and hygiene; uphold dress code/phone policies; communicate daily with upper management and escalate issues promptly.
Requirements

1+ year leadership/management experience in café/hospitality or similar

Strong people leadership: motivate, train and hold standards

Passion for hospitality; genuine care for guests and colleagues

Problem-solver with excellent planning, communication and time-management

Comfortable making quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced setting

Detail-driven; proactive in implementing procedures

Fluent in English

Valid visa to live and work in Denmark
